At the time of writing, Banshee 1.0 hasn't made it into the F8 repos so here's my build of it
This is a dependency of Banshee 1.0 above (i.e. it is required if you want to install Banshee 1.0).
This patched version of hal-0.5.10-3 fixes the battery being reported twice and the incorrect charge/discharge rates which affects kpowersave and gnome power manager.
Note: As from kernel 2.6.24.3-50 these patched kernels are no longer required - just use the stock Fedora 8 kernel!
